FREQUENTLY ASKED QUESTIONS

We have tried to anticipate your questions and set out our answers below. If you have questions we have not covered, please call us on 1300 132 594 or simply email us by clicking here.

1. How accurate are the sample colours shown on my screen?

All colours shown are as accurate a representation as we can achieve, however these can even vary depending on the quality of the screen you are viewing on. Should you be unsure, simply order our FREE SAMPLES before placing your order.

With regard to Plantation Shutters we would recommend that you always request a colour sample before placing an order.

2. Are all products "Made to Measure"?

All of our products are made to your exact measurements. Unlike some online suppliers we do not buy imported ready made products and cut them down.

3. What happens if I make a mistake?

Unfortunately we cannot take back or alter blinds that have been ordered in the wrong size or colour. We will, however, at our discretion, remake these blinds for you at a discount of 20% from our normal prices to help lessen the pain.

4. Can I cancel an order?

Orders can only be cancelled by the end of the next business day following placement of the order. All cancellations must be done online to : sales@clickonblinds.com.au

5. Can I change my order?

As with cancellation, this can be done up until the end of the next business day following placement of the order. All changes must be done online to: sales@clickonblinds.com.au

6. Need some help with installation?

We are happy to recommend professional installers, if they are available in your area, should you not wish to install the product yourself. Please note that they are not associated with, and do not work for, CLICKON BLINDS. Any arrangements you make with the Installer are seperate to your contract with us.
